Various positions - Summer Season
   King's Caffe Krk & Malinska

With a focus on the summer season, we are hiring multiple employees for our restaurants in Krk and Malinska for the following positions:

  • Restaurant Manager

  • Assistant Manager

  • Waiter / Waitress

  • Assistant Waiter / Waitress

  • Chef

  • Assistant Chef
     

Employment requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same or a similar position

  • Availability to work throughout the entire summer season
     

The start date is immediate or by agreement, depending on the candidate’s availability.

Waiter 
   King's Caffe Rijeka

Serving food and drinks, friendliness and attentiveness towards guests, good communication skills, making recommendations for the menu and price list, and informing guests about special offers. Effort and ensuring guests are satisfied. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workspace and equipment, building friendly relationships with guests and the surrounding environment, responsibility, ensuring compliance with prescribed and set standards.

Cook
   King's Caffe Rijeka

Prepares and serves dishes to set recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and top‐quality ingredients while maintaining strict hygiene and a spotless workstation. Works closely with the team to deliver orders on time, crafts daily and seasonal specials, monitors inventory and minimises waste. Responsible for consistent flavour, exceptional presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.

Assistant cook
   King's Caffe Rijeka

Preps and portions ingredients, performs basic cooking and garnishing under the chef’s guidance. Keeps workstations, tools and equipment spotless while following HACCP standards. Assists with plating, stock rotation and expiry checks. Flexible, team-minded and focused on fast, orderly dish execution.
